Sadly CP on this one - First, it is too expensive for a sporty car that has only 345 HP. Too many newer vehicles have at least that much HP and would be less expensive. Second, a vehicle sitting for 20 years is never good for the engine, and third, “needing a tune” could be a major problem in disguise and with the

My fault, wrong reply button.

Our roads are terrible in the US, without a doubt. After experiencing roads in Asia that have nary a single pothole and are constantly (and correctly) repaired when needed, it really puts our efforts in the US to shame. Of course, the US has a lot of road to cover, and the process of doing anything via government fiat

CP on this one, not because it isn’t collectible, and not because it is a Plymouth, but because it is too expensive for its collectible pedigree and too expensive as a daily driver. The Talon/Laser were cool cars back in the early 90s, but they were plagued by electrical and mechanical gremlins. Compared to a used

If that “child” is 25 years old, living with his or her parents, smoking cheeba all day and not contributing, they really do need to be shown the door permanently. If they have to live in a parked trailer to support their habit, that is their choice.

Honestly, who cares if the baby boomer generation is buying RVs like never before? If someone chooses to fork over 6 figures for a sewer on wheels and live in it, that is their choice. Either way, it is GREAT for the economy in general - not just in northern Indiana, but for every retailer, Camping World, Cracker

NP NP NP all the way! Remove the existing badging and lettering, add a “914" and a Porsche logo, and have a reliable and fun 914 look-alike.

Have to CP this one, too many aftermarket parts and too many repairs would lead to another catastrophic failure at some point down the road, and a lack of familiar mechanics on which to rely for a fix. Yes, it is cool, but not $40000.00 cool. Get a Charger Hemi brand new instead, and mod it yourself, and it will still

NP!!! For $2500 and a clean title, this would be an awesome project car. All the panels look good, and even if the engine is a wreck, there are plenty of DIY kits and websites out there that allow for a swap to a Chevy V8. Love it.

Some folks like to take their poo with them when they travel I suppose...

Agreed, total CP here, this vehicle is nothing more than a hodgepodge of garbage and filth. One would be better served buying a used Ford work van and sticking a mattress in the back. Not even at $4000, not even at $2000, CP

I have to go CP on this one unfortunately. Although I tried to look at it from a VW collectors lens (VWs are not my cup of tea), the lack of a mileage disclosure along with some ratty looking interior parts and a questionable engine bay really sealed the CP vote. In addition, that drivers side vent is absolutely

I had to go NP on this one. Yes, the car is slow, yes some of the interior is a mess, and being owned by Buster Douglas’ wife is practically meaningless. But as a fun, old-school Corvair to drive on the weekends and to car shows, it would excel. This vintage is super cool looking and very easy to work on as well. I

I absolutely love this car, which is why it pains me greatly to give it a CP
- At $38000, the car is about 18k too expensive for its marque.
- The interior is not really “restored”, in fact I have my doubts as to whether there was really a restoration done at all.
- The Citroen-derived hydropneumatic self-leveling

This one is going to be very close - I really like the Baja, and if this was a lower mileage example, I would have NPed it all day long. But at 189000 miles and a somewhat questionable history, this one is in CP territory for me. But it was close.

I don’t buy the “built for sale” angle that the seller is attempting to convey. A “Master Technician” knows better than anyone else that this is a futile exercise. Here is how it likely went down:
- Dealership had an old 740i towed in with a blown engine. This is unfortunately not uncommon with this year and model.

Exactly this. Undeniable, complete, and utter CP all the way. There are several problems that stick out in this otherwise well-written ad:
- A “BMW Master Technician” actually wasted their time swapping an M5 drivetrain into an old 740i? Why? There is really no good reason to make this swap rather than purchase an

Exactly, this is one of those cars that I really, really want to like. But in this case, its rarity does not play in its favor. AMG mills are notoriously fickle, and replacing the engine will cost more than the car itself - and at some point, it will need to be replaced.

The head bolt issue seen on these AMG mills
