I have 3 kids flying most places is just not economically viable. I can spend 2000 dollars on plane tickets or I can spend 150 dollars on gas and 1800 dollars at Disney or something. I think once you have multiple kids for most of us driving in the only economical choice.

I drive 1000 miles one way in a go about every month or two. My total time is between 13-14 hours....my total amount of stop time is probably between 30-45 min the whole trip most of the time. Usually stop twice for gas/bio break. In some cars I can almost do it in one stop, if my bladder cooperates.

Also has a much more powerful engine not that it makes up for other areas but I am betting once they fully determine its stable flight envelope it would give a typically outfitted F-16 in a no rules A2A engagement a very bad day 90% plus of the time. (former f-16 mechanic)
