That’s a good summary. One of the cooler aspects of this is that Rogue joins the X-Men is not only because she felt remorse over stealing Carol’s memories, but because part of her (the Carol part) now thought of the X-Men as her friends. And of course, they thought of her as the villain who hurt their friend. (There’s

Right? How could they have left that out of the history? That was actually my introduction to her character in the first place.

That stuck out to me, too. At the time, his death from something as mundane as cancer was quite shocking and powerful for a superhero character, especially at a time when they weren’t killed off that often.

Came here to post the same. She’s a pretty big part of Carol’s story, no?

No mention of Rogue?

That was pretty early, when Rogue first appeared as a villain (Mystique manipulated her to commit crime and attack Carol)

Yes, that was a part of the Claremont X-Men phase that the article doesn’t mention (and led to the bit with her getting a new set of powers, which it does).

I’ve never seen this show, and barely even heard of it. But Cate Blanchett is in an episode, so... I’m probably going to watch it!

When did Rogue absorb most of her powers for a time? That was a thing, right, or am I thinking of someone else?

It’s too bad there isn't some sort of online superhero encyclopedia where all these origin stories could be tracked

Netflix’s score is an attempt to say how good a match the show is to the other things you’ve watched on Netflix. Since you may not have watched things over your full range of interests on Netflix, and people’s tastes are complicated anyway, it’s not a perfect indicator.

Thank you for confirming that Apple yas yet to make any of their exclusive deals into reality, I was really starting to think I’d missed something. Have any of these even gone into production and then been bottle necked while Apple decides what their actual streaming series platform is going to be or?

RBG survives on chest presses, trips to the opera and spite. She is the exception, not the rule.

What is a damn shame?

I simply can’t imagine Jeopardy! without Trebek.

Same, and the casting’s been great, but man does that trailer make it look like standard BBC-twee-fare.

I’d watch Fuller’s “A Gorgeous Trainwreck" for the one season it would be on.

Dear WOOD: wear condoms with a person you barely know. Problem solved. Unless you’re doing it onto her body in which case the effect is basically the same regardless of amount.
