Who hurt you?

Fuck all the snarky dudes here, this show is great and I can’t wait for the new season.

Who gives a shit, it’s a good show.

I like Clerks 2.

Comic book characters, snarky commentary and prolonged adolescence are a multi-billion dollar industry and arguably the biggest influence on pop-culture for the last 10 years. As a result, these characters that were lovable outsiders in 2001 may now just come across as two more drops in the incel/gamer

“Maybe I’m gay, what do you think? Don’t answer that, I know you’re not a doctor.”

This was a very funny sketch. I personally liked his reference to “Little Andy Cunanan”, which completely went over the audiences heads.

I think John may still be a bit too niche (and much of his most fervent following is the tumblr/twitter crowd, who live to be outraged and cancel and find their next flavor of the month), but he’s definitely blown up over the last year. His last SNL hosting stint is where I first saw him, and he’s popped up in so much

Kid Gorgeous is definitely one of the best stand-up specials I have ever seen, so I can agree with this assessment.

Mullany was better at being faux-black in that Cha Cha Slide sketch than I have being real black my entire freakin’ life.

Now playing

Yeah, it was a good ep, but the pacing issues knocked it down a few points for me. I wanted more sketches. In particular, I wanted something as weird and Mulaney-esque as “Sitcom Reboot”, my favorite from John’s last appearance.

Best episode of the season, hands down. I can’t think of a single sketch tonight where I didn’t get at least one good laugh in. Hader sticking around after the cold open for arguably the funniest game show skit in ages was just the cherry on top.

Yeah, I was expecting a pic of Pegg all big and muscly in a surprising way, not skinny but with muscle definition and the contrast filter turned up way too high. Pegg is certainly not jacked.

He’s not jacked he is cut, jacked means big (Cavill for example) and cut means small but good lean body mass.

I’m a soap opera fan who worships on the shrine of St Agnes Nixon. So when Perry was doing a soap opera, but even on a soap opera level, The Haves and the Have Notes is awful.

What amazes me is he still has a head writer and exec producer credit on all of his shows.  That... simply is not possible.

A little from column A, a little from column B.

My mom and her friends eat these things up, so in answer to your question, old white churchgoing women from the Deep South.

I was going to say, “That would be inhumane,” since I thought there were like, 20 of these. Turns out there are only 11 according to wiki.

It’s been ten years, and I still can’t figure out why the hell Tyler Perry was in Star Trek.

I hope the home release includes the extended ending where Madea is executed via lethal injection. Shame Perry was too much of a coward to include it in the theatrical release.
