AARP Medicare is a good rate, and decent insurance. As a physician, it’s relieving to see someone walk in with AARP Secure Horizons. It’s an enviable plan, no deductible, $20 specialist copay, etc.

AARP seems left-leaning centrist in their lobbying to me. I’ve seen some of my right-wing family members and acquaintances calling for AARP to be shunned as a liberal organization.
