It might depend on the tires the HHR came with. I bought a stripper 2003 Corolla LE. One of the “features” of the stripper Corolla was slightly less wide crappy gas mileage tires than the other models. The tires squealed going around corners at moderate speeds until I put on highly rated all seasons.

Take an already boring CRV, and make it worse.

Take an already slow CRV with mediocre gas mileage, make it heavier, slower and an even worse payload.

30 mpg all day long. What the Toyota Yaris(which it is based on) should have been. With the rear seat down, will take some of the larger things as well. It may look like a literal penalty box, but it is actually reasonably comfortable and handles respectably. Slow as hell though.

Both those Minnesota things are St. Louis things. People who don’t St. Louis Stop do the exact opposite, especially in subdivisions. Wait until you come to a complete stop before moving. Incredibly infuriating.
