I wouldn’t be interested in it anyway, but a 3 speed automatic on a 4 cylinder European car of that vintage is crack pipe all the way. 0-60 in about 11 seconds with a stick, so probably at least 15 seconds with a 3 speed auto? No thanks.

Actually, since it’s been about 45 years since I read anything by Jane Austen and the Brontë sisters, I kind of mix them all together now. Sorry. I did enjoy all the ones I read, if it’s any consolation.
