I’m not saying that the average moviegoer can’t wrap their head around the more thought provoking parts of the original work. I’m saying that the average Hollywood exec thinks that the average moviegoer is a moron. That’s why the Matrix used humans as batteries rather than processors. That’s why Silent Hill was caused

I wasn’t saying we deserve this. I’m just saying that for an American adaptation of an anime, it was okay. At least it felt like the makers had seen the source material.

I’ve seen the original anime and I didn’t think this movie was bad. I think I like the anime better, but for what it was, I thought the movie was good. It was never going to be a shot-for-shot remake of the original. The best we could hope for was a watered down story that would be easier for a wider audience to

The only problem with that plan is that it won’t stop a bunch of people from crying “they ripped off <insert anime/manga/whatever name here>!”

It would have to be. His movies are awful.

If you’re trying to actually accomplish anything in GTA Online, that might not be a bad thing. All of the new content requires you to be in a public lobby, which means pull out of your garage and explode, take off in a helicopter and explode, etc.

I’m with you. While I don’t always multitask when watching TV, it is impossible to do anything else when watching subbed anime. I agree with the argument that the original voice cast tend to emote a bit better with the material, I’ve still managed to enjoy the English voice cast on most anime that I’ve watched.

I’m not saying they’re being clever. I’m just tossing out a theory based on past decisions Nintendo has made. If they are intentionally shorting their supply, then it’s incredibly foolish on their part. There are far too many choices available where video games are concerned and Nintendo has likely lost some of their

You should read a book called Console Wars, which documents the time period when Nintendo and Sega competed. Nintendo absolutely had a strategy where they would short their supply. Is it a sound strategy? Probably not. Is that the strategy they are employing here? Who knows.

Does Nintendo consider it messing up though? In the past, it was their tactic to intentionally short supply of their product to retailers. It kept the demand high and kept the retailers beholden to Nintendo and whatever strategy they had.

If there are characters you can only get from spending money, then this game is dead to me.

On the bright side, usually the bulk of these lists of what’s coming to Netflix are titles that were previously on the lists of what’s leaving Netflix. I can remember Schindler’s List, Tropic Thunder, Gremlins, and a couple others previously being available, possibly earlier this year.

The jury is still out on whether the version of Fant4stic before executives stepped in would have been better or worse.

Fortunately, Virtual Console does not seem to be the only pathway by which publishers can release their legacy Nintendo platform content on Switch.

This would probably be the closest they’d sell me on the Switch if they released this in the US.

Well, on the bright side, I guess I’ll have the theater to myself when I go see this movie.

The problem is that Nintendo is set in their ways. Since they revitalized the video game industry in America, they developed a sort of unintentional arrogance that their way, no matter what it might be, is the right way and that we should be thankful that they give us what they give us.

Supposed to be for all the consoles.

The DLC for the Avengers game was basically adding 1-2 levels per movie to the game though. I think that if they do Episode 8, they’re going to do the same as they did with 7 and create a whole game instead of a couple levels.

The next one announced is Lego City Undercover, which is a port of the formerly Wii U exclusive with some new features and obviously a different control scheme.
