If enough people tap to let google know, or google sees enough people suddenly braking at one specific spot as they track you, it updates google maps to give a warning to navigation users. The 4 door Wrangler is 2 feet shorter in length, significantly narrower and less tall than even a Tahoe much less a Suburban so I dont think massive is quite appropriate.

I’m not saying EV’s are bad, just that many or most single car people want 300 miles on a charge which is what most ICE cars get per tank.

Agreed, speed really isn’t the issue with the common denominator that is your typical distracted driver. Its acceleration.

for the one to 3 trips I take a year where I drive... thats more than a grand worth on rental cars.... which I STILL have to fill up with gas.

Any progressive administration right now and sure, Id see huge advancements the next four years that the previous four were setting up.  NOW?  The entire movement will be set back decades, at least in this country.  Every other developed nation is going to fly past us.

And an EV that got only 180 miles a charge would get maybe 50 when driven aggressively like your Miata.
