Hey Manwich, hate to tell you this buddy, but most of the people around me drive either 90s stuff or early 2000s stuff. And I'm in upstate NY. 

The OnStar statements are especially funny, because OnStar works via cellular connection. When I bought my 2nd gen Aurora, I got a letter in the mail almost immediately saying OnStar would stop working soon, and they could upgrade it today! For a small fee. And a new subscription. Yeah no dice. 

So here's a question. Can you opt out of using these features on new cars? Turn off the telemetry, maybe even the mobile data?
