Sure, they bring in a lot of money and new fans, but let’s not get carried away. Transformers was doing quite fine before the live action movies came around.

Careful there. It doesn’t necessarily guarantee there’s truth to it (they could just be trying to curb libel against the company), but it sure does look suspicious as hell to the public.
