I agree and think there’s a pretty big distinction between police directly killing someone (e.g. shooting a fleeing, unarmed suspect) versus a person dying because they drove recklessly while fleeing police.
Yeah, just like how there would be a difference in chases on foot between “police unjustifiably shoots and kills suspect” and “suspect runs off the edge of a cliff while being chased and dies”
