It sure is. But then the Gold Wing stops being fun once you leave pavement for something harder than a dirt road. But yeah, if you only ever ride on blacktop it’s hard to beat!

I’ve never understood the point of these bikes. I guess if you’re awesome at riding and can keep them up without dabbing. I just don’t have the skill.  Fighting one of these just doesn’t look fun. I’ll stick with my Honda Trail 110 off road. 

I don’t disagree with a lot of the comments but I bought an ADV bike last year and it is the most comfortable highway bike I’ve ever owned. Now I bought the touring spec one which has 80% on road tires, heated seat, heated grips, big heavy luggage on the back.

I’ll say it again — these punks are playing with fire; eventually they’ll pull this obvious stunt on the wrong person, who will either open fire or beat the living shit out of several of them. This is so brazenly staged that certain people will choose to mete out justice before LEOs can.

If I had “pay Jaguar to hand-build two examples of a sixty-year-old car” money, I would absolutely do this.

This is inherently true - in California the single exemption is that the seller must provide a passing emissions test (if the vehicle is subject to one). You can write whatever you want and have the buyer sign it, but if it fails and the buyer want to push the issue, the seller will lose each and every time.

Only question I have about the stickers is, if there’s been any paint fade at all since they were applied, could you end up with the ghost of stickers past?
