She’s like one of those dumb websites where you put in two pictures of people and it generates a picture of their theoretical kid - but like you said, not in a bad way. First time I saw her in something I thought “she looks familiar” and it really made sense when I found out who her parents were.

I have been to both Long Horn and Texas Roadhouse and I can cook a better steak than that. It will probably cost more too, but I am buying Prime or dry aged Choice and I don’t think they are since they make a point of calling only one of their steaks “USDA Choice.” I’m also salting them 24 - 48 hours ahead of time.

Denser root vegetables (like potatoes) and hearty squashes (like butternut) can benefit from little par-cooking (partial cooking) before they hit the pan, so you don’t end up with browned outsides and tough insides.

That would also let him learn about acting and potentially improve to the point where he could be a leading man.

Otto is the hero we need. The real villains of this tale are the people that soften him.
