Yeah, I just think the best-case performance for Portland is an imitation of a below-average Warriors. Steph and Klay are better versions of Dame and CJ, and their supporting cast is better too. If it comes down to bench play, that’d be a boon, but I doubt it will.

That doesn’t make sense. If they’re already short on it, they don’t want it to “grow” before it falls. It doesn’t make them more money, it makes them less in the short term and the same in the long term if their bet is right.
