I was browsing some of the other videos of the competition and it seems that the commentators also have no problem with using profanity to express their hype.

That’s what I interpreted it as too. There’s a certain way they pronounce their vowels that I can’t quite explain and the commentator does it.

Yeah, but all the other kids love that kid’s art, while some nerd in the class sketches photo-realistic portraits and still lifes and no one cares. There is talent in being able to recognize what is appealing and what speaks to your audience. (I was the kid with some talent but no style. Credit where credit is due.)

This comment is incomplete. It misses the whole point of graffiti art as a genre - that it is public, that is free, that is available to literally anyone at any time. It’s not sitting inside a collector’s private home or inside a museum with a entrance fee. These are legitimate places for art to be, but graffiti art…

Bristol is truly incredible....it’s one of the artistic centers of the universe right now and I don’t think anyone outside of the UK has a full appreciation of that. I thoroughly recommend that folks go spend some time down there. :-)
