I would certainly be onboard for a reboot of the Thin Man stories. Thank God that a Depp version foundered, though. I would much rather see Clooney and Roberts take a shot at something like the Thin Man than that lame rom-com they cranked out last year.

I agree with you. I have a Boos Board that I’ve had for oh...20 years now. I never sand it. I scrub it occasionally with a little warm water on a blue scrubby sponge and wipe it down really well, then let it dry for the day and use the same grade mineral oil you’d give your human for constipation ;) The only smell my

I was just about to say this. Use some good food grade mineral oil and make sure you clean the board properly, and you’re all good to go. I refinished an old board with a good sanding, a full cleaning and reconditioning it with some beeswax/mineral oil mixture. Worked like a champ.

“Lynda”? Lynda McCyrtny?

Also Brave, The Incredibles, Tangled, hell, even Frozen, Ratatouille, and Finding Nemo/Dory all deal with intergenerational conflict (which seems to be what the definition of “trauma” has been expanded to).

The Godfather trilogy?

Look at me with a straight face and tell me Pan’s Labyrinth isn’t good.

When you say “overtly gay” here, do you mean “stereotypically gay”? Because gay people dress in all sorts of different ways. C’mon.

“sequel(s?)”

saw this last week. it fucking owns. it might be my new favorite Johnson film

Knives Out was wonderful but I was originally skeptical that “Benoit Blanc” needed to live on in the sequel(s?), but this does sound very good. And now that he’s left Bond behind, I need all the Daniel Craig I can get!
