1) They were offered a deal in exchange for backing up the OAG’s false prosecution (i.e. flipping on Spanier). They did not do that in court to the OAG’s satisfaction which put the OAG in a bad spot so they retaliated. You may not like that fact but that’s what happened.

He botched the handling of Ruby Ridge (post hoc)

And not convicted of a conspiracy. So there was no cover up. In order to have a cover up, you have to (by definition) have a conspiracy. You can’t have 3 individual cover ups; that’s asinine.

Sigh.  You can feel free to admit defeat any time know. You obviously don’t know the facts of the case and are just exercising your own futility.

You are faulting Curley and Schultz for not perjuring themselves in order to placate the DA and secure lesser sentences? I’d say that is honorable to a fault, and the exact opposite of “slime bags.”

Except it wasn’t covered up.

Except that’s not what happened, but OK. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Start with the assumption that the victims were originally telling the truth (when they defended Sandusky) and then changed their story once PSU announced to the world they would write checks to anyone who claimed abuse.

In the McQueary incident, please recall that we don’t know when this occurred (no one has ever really been able to agree on a date) and there is no victim (according to the prosecution anyway).  Tough to defend yourself in court for a crime without a victim that occurred at an undetermined time.

Because at many schools the athletic department is self funding so they can pay employees however much they want (i.e. academic funds and athletic funds are not co-mingled).

I’ve done a ton of research on this and I’m with Gladwell and Ziegler on this. Ask Me Anything.

Fuck your mother.

As opposed to your independent research on the topic?  LOL.  Don’t pretend you aren’t just parroting what you saw on CNN.

Do any of those links I provided prove that? No, because those links specifically refute that we should take the Freeh Report seriously.
