Exactly! The car has very good bones and a sorted motor and brakes. I wish I had the room. But my current 280Z project doesn’t allow it. Otherwise I might make a phone call.

++ on that last comment. The BaT photos are really in-depth, and show that the project was not half-assed. The fact that it was not completed to show-car state was totally intentional and appropriate. I think all the debbie-downer comments are from people who don’t get that it is a pretty well-sorted, cool car.

Others may have a different experience, but I found the V60 to be a very uninspiring drive (we test drove the V60, TourX and Alltrack back-to-back-to-back, so it allowed for easy comparison). Just felt sluggish and unresponsive. Even my wife, who would be happy with a beige Camry, was unimpressed.

I just picked up a 2015 V60 a few weeks ago with 115k miles for under $13k. It’s so much more comfortable, powerful, and stylish. I don’t miss the 2016 Outback I had at all.

Here’s a BROWN version!

Hear me out on this.

Also the only car that will Flex on the haters

How about a Ford Flex? You can find a used AWD Ecoboost version in your price range. You give up the manual, but you get all the space you could ever need and you can’t convince me that these aren’t the true spiritual successors to the woody surf wagons.

I don’t understand this place anymore: to me this was a clear NP, but the majority don’t agree with me.

ATS-V is a *lot* of car for $42k.

The $6K car will be the least expensive part of the car...

Ten bucks says the thefts are imaginary.

Does it take premium? Or can you fill up on regular pedestrians?

Does it come with a self cleaning grill and hood?  I am concerned about blood stains on the paint.

that and the guy who was hired to help get rid of the cars. :(

HE would never pay $2500 for something nor would he buy something so clean.

I vote K-car. Just look at this non-sense!

Any entry level Jeep, i.e. Compass & Liberty;

I was saying the design and layout.   The problem was if anything went wrong or if you wanted to upgrade.  I’d hate to imagine what would happen with a newer car if the touch screen went out or the like.  Like, can you even drive a Model 3 if the touch screen is acting up?
