Brake. We don’t want the car to break, we only have five options! Save the shooting brakes!

I like your list with the exception of #3 and 4.
This is not even remotely correct. Sure, a manual handles torque, but only if it was designed to handle the power sent to it. Ford does not put the same manual transmission used in a Fiesta ST and the GT500. The reason the GT500 doesn’t come with a manual is because they don’t have one that can handle the torque. The…
Jesus would have walked! XD
No kidding!
+1 for the Tropic Thunder ref.
I’m curious if you’ve traveled to Europe? I’ve been to a few countries and have always found it pretty dang easy to get around. Even Tokyo Station got me everywhere I wanted to go.
I’m not so sure. What are the Euro(lots of public transport) pandemic numbers are like vs. in the US? I doubt it’s much different that all the Americans in line for a Starbucks.
Isn’t Prague cool! I too was amazed by the easily available public transport. Not to mention a really good meal for two was $20.
All good. And by the time I saw my typo Kinja wouldn’t let me edit my post! Curses!
I agree with Rory and Bradley!
Well, that’s not my point though. Yes there are manuals out there that could handle the power. But Hyundai doesn’t have a manual in the current product lineup that would fit the block. They might not fit in the tunnel. And sure won’t handle the power. They may have had to make R&D changes. All of that adds to the…
True, but all of that R&D would add to the cost of the car. Let’s be honest here. I have a Stinger GT, it’s my DD and I wanted the 8 speed auto. The car wasn’t a sales smash hit. The G70 shoppers... very, very lower percent of people looking for an manual. I wasn’t worth their investment.
Sure, but: is it still made, does it fit this block, will it fit in the trans tunnel, will it be reliable?
Are there transmissions out there that could hold up, yes. But there’s a lot more to sourcing, fitting on to the motor, making it work and confirming reliability. All that costs money to do. That was my point.
It is HIGHLY unlikely the had a manual that could handle the 380ft/lbs from the 3.3 V6.
This is my surprised face that this has been cancelled.
My big question is, will one of the FE Broncos show up on CarandBids.com or BaT first?
What. A. Screamer!
