To me that's the biggest distinction between Russel T. Davies' Doctor Who and Steven Moffat's Doctor Who. Davies would have had the big, epic battle for Gallifrey with some time at the very end reserved for resolving Clara's story, but Moffat is only interested in using the big epic as an excuse for a character study…

I love that the Doctor finding his outfit drying in that one room pretty much means that there was one cycle in which the Doctor just did most of the cycle almost completely naked.

If anything Clara went out like all the best Doctors do, with a memorable last line that perfectly captures who the character is and their arc as a whole.

I was also afraid of the theme song from M*A*S*H. Then again, I was also afraid of monsters in episodes of Charmed as a kid, and the vampires on Buffy, so, I was easy to fright.

Perhaps it's just because I've spent a lot of time thinking and talking about Clara Oswald, but I knew she was a zygon from very early in the episode. I thought it was an obviously telegraphed thing until this morning when I talked with some friends and none of them had called it until right before the reveal.
