It's the season finale of Rick and Morty already? Those flew by, huh?

I think that both the Doctor and Davros were being honest with everything they said in their conversation with one another. I think that while Davros definitely did plan on trapping the Doctor to steal his regeneration energy that he was also telling the truth when he spoke of Gallifrey, when he wondered if he was a…
I'm kind of surprised Neil Patrick Harris' new show, Best Night Ever, isn't listed here.
Okay, I didn't get that Family Matters thing until just now.
If they're okay with rebooting shows that ended less than two years ago, how about a third Avatar series?
I wish a movie ticket only set me back $8.12. I haven't spent less than $14.50 seeing a brand new movie in years.
Every year as the Summer winds down I start a new game of Chrono Cross. It's locations and music feel very Summer-y, and just long enough to last the rest of the Summer if you start it mid-August. And for an RPG the story isn't too heavy for most of the game, with a lot of comic relief and light hearted adventure to…
Seems weird that he would cop to making the second one terrible when he didn't direct it. Unless Brett Ratering means subjecting audiences to a shitty super hero sequel that has a different director and key actors from the previous film(s) missing.
Oddly all the things my family loved that would fit this have since become huge cultural touchstones. I didn't know anybody else outside my family who had seen My Neighbor Totoro until high school, when Disney dubbed it. The Nightmare Before Christmas took off a little bit before that, when I was in middle school,…
Please tell me that The Chris Gethard Show is going to have weekly reviews on the A. V. Club from now on?
MacLaren's involvement was what made me interested to see the film in the first place. I still might see it eventually, but it's no longer a "have to be there on opening night" movie for me.
I'm somewhat surprised that the A. V. Club so rarely mentions Impractical Jokers. It seems like a show that many people who both writer for the site and comment on it would really like.
I love the assumption everyone seems to have that this dude just isn't writing The Winds of Winter most of the time.
Didn't realize it was Captain Boomerang, either. Thought they were setting something up for the flashbacks of Season 4 or 5.
Oh, I don't think that Thea didn't kill Sara, just that she might not have been manipulated to do so. I think it's entirely possible that Thea remembers killing Sara and wasn't drugged when she did so.
I'm still not totally sure that Thea was manipulated in to killing Sara and doesn't remember it. I have a feeling we've got more twists for that plot point ahead of us.
I know David Cross hated these movies, but I wound up watching the first two so many times when my sister was little, and his performance was entertaining enough to not make me go insane. So, thanks David Cross.
Literally everybody who knew about Ted's locket plan in How I Met Your Mother told him it was a bad idea, and Lily tried to stop him from both looking for it and giving it to her several times.
By the end of 2015 the late nigh schedule will be almost completely different than it was at the beginning of 2013. Unless Conan O'Brien announces that somebody else is taking over Conan, his show will be the only with the same host two years later.
This is probably the least interesting one in all these comments, and I doubt a single other person has posted about it, but I saw Legend of the Seeker without first reading Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth books, and loved the somewhat serialized somewhat episodic, fast paced and loosely plotted adventures. I did…
