The story is gonna be way tighter this way. While 7 was still filming, JJ worked with Rian to create good continuity between 7 and 8. Now it goes back the other way.

But the visuals there aren’t poor quality. In fact, seeing that drawing in high resolution, brighter, and with more pop doesn’t change the feel, it simply adds more detail to appreciate that was always there to begin with, it just wasn’t as discernable.

Agree 100% Doom 3 did not feel much like Doom but it was a great game it’s own right. Good graphics, solid level design, decent guns, and scary as fuck!
