You have a lot of faith in people noticing and pressing that button.

Control is a great game. Atmosphere. Mystery. Great control (really !). I felt like a god playing it. Well. Like a goddess, and that is refreshing too ^^, and the actress who gave her face to main character is a great actress, with a great voice, who really makes her character very convincing.

I think it’s a bigger problem for people who are sitting at a couch, playing on a TV. My guess is that they don’t really test font sizes at various distances, since most testing is likely at a desk, regardless of testing being on PC or console

A solid portion (or maybe even a majority, hard to say) of players will be experiencing this game on their TV, where they won’t be 18-24" away from the screen but instead sitting across the room. It’s a ridiculous issue and insane that it keeps coming up in AAA games, especially since it’s been an issue for this…

Yes, DOS2 is a pretty dialogue heavy game.  There’s a lot of voice acting compared to other CPRG games, but if you don’t like this style of story heavy game, then no you probably won’t like DOS2.

In fact I gave away my One X to my nephew after I bought my most recent gaming PC because it made no sense to me to own it anymore when I could play most everything I wanted on Xbox on my PC. I’m currently bouncing between Frostpunk and The Outer Worlds which are both free on PC with Gamepass.
