I mean, first, the game as released doesn’t look as good as this. This is a much crisper, more fluid, and dynamic look. Bright Memory Ep 1 is a great looking, but not-as-great looking thing. Secondly, Bright Memory Ep 1 is making use of next-gen bells and whistles, such as RTX, which is part of how it looks so good.

Yes.

See Mononitrate’s comment. This was specifically only third party games.

The first game was even more bland and boring looking/playing. The real meat of the game is the very rich roleplaying situation. LOTS of choices, with LOTS of consequences for it that tend to ripple round you in both foreseeable and unforeseeable ways. This is just a prettier (and hopefully less buggy) version of

Ah, gotcha. Thanks. So there would definitely be some skewing of the data. Probably not a ton, but definitely some. Thanks for telling me.

Borrowed headsets wouldn’t change these numbers. As the survey only counts headsets that are currently connected, and not ones that HAD been connected in the past, people who lent their headset would have no headset present, while the people that were borrowing it would have it. While it’s possible that some people

Just buy it on Uplay.

Yup. I’m stuck at the end with a gamebreaking bug. I’m moving to the Gears of War tactics game while I wait for Firaxis to fix their shit.

It’s the random breach condition. After the breach, everyone is automatically set to overwatch. That means that even if I wipe, there is nothing I can do to NOT set overwatch, so there is no way to keep from killing the gatekeeper. I simply can’t play until they patch it.

I like the breach mechanic, but it’s silly that every single series of rooms uses it. I would love to see it integrated into xcom 3 in a more interesting way.

I’m fucking stuck on the Sacred Coil investigation (my last investigation) ----when the big ball thingy shows up, everyone is on overwatch and they blow it up immediately....which means I can’t kill it in room 3, meaning I can’t complete it, and since I’m playing on Ironman, there are no other loads and I have to wait

If everyone else has evacced and you get knocked, the mission ends and you win it (and the knocked out person gets a scar). You only lose if you get knocked and then killed, which takes time. And yes, I have done this. Playing on Hard, Ironman, no variables tweaked.

Look, I know that you’re just a fanboy, but good lord, dude, calm yourself.

You are hilariously missing the point. The remake is billing itself as a complete game, worth $60, and a standalone adventure. Except it isn’t. It is a bloated first quarter of a story. It has some narrative bits, but it isn’t a real story arc and things don’t really make sense. And then it is over. Yes, in the OG,

If this looks like every streamer you’ve seen, then I would recommend checking out the actually popular ones, who are generally ridiculously good, a large percentage being either current or former professional gamers. Will you enjoy it? Who knows, but the point, for most, is to watch someone who is exceptionally good

Right? Lol. Like there is such a thing as a “prequel”

Right? Lol. Like there is such a thing as a “prequel”

While it may seem counter-intuitive, the larger the fan, the quieter the thing. Because they’re pushing all the air out a large opening that has a huge fan, and have intake holes everywhere, it will probably be even quieter than the xbox one. Who knows what that will actually mean in practice, but I have some hopes.

Oh god, get off it. That argument is true for literally every single PC game. You can spend more to have things be prettier. The Rift S is $400, and no small chunk of change, but is essentially the same as the Index (very slightly lower resolution, very slightly less finger interaction, etc.). You can buy Refurb Rifts

Yeah. Moving via thumbstick absolutely murders some people, and teleporting doesn’t really bother almost anyone. I tend to stick to thumbstick movement, but I have a strong stomach and don’t really get any kind of motion sickness. Even then, while I prefer the thumbstick to teleportation, it never bothers me. It’s
