You can do it! Like some others have said, you really do need to drive a stick car regularly for a bit to get used to it. After that, you’ll (hopefully) never forget. The Firebird should have enough torque where it will be relatively easy to get out of first. I learned on my 96' Integra GSR, and with that car you had

I’ve driven past this dealership a few times and kept wondering the same thing...thanks for clearing it up!

Save the pop-ups!

Beautiful bike! I was wondering, what do you like about the Continental over the CB1100? I’ve been eyeing the CB1100 if I sold my CBR600R.

=( I’m going to pour out a shipping container of Cristal now in honor of Fancy Kristen. You’ll be greatly missed! Hope to see you around sometime (after this whole quarantine mess is over).

Sweet... 2 of ~18,000. Hope to keep mine for a while.

Absolutely! Not sure if you guys have reviewed Kyosho’s MiniZ line in the past. They’re bigger (1:27 scale), but the detail is amazing, and the fact that you can put them on a RC chassis makes them even more fun. It can get expensive real quick though. :)

We have a 2018 Forester Touring (non-XT) and we average just over 27 mpg after driving 22k miles.

Good luck Patrick!! It was great meeting you in person at the Newark event a couple years back. You’ll do great wherever you end up going. Jalopnik won’t be the same without ya.

This ^. My best friend is 6'3" and he fits fine in the CTR (with plenty of room to spare especially since it doesn’t have a sunroof), and there’s still plenty of room behind the driver’s seat. It will definitely baby, and damn that car is amazing!

Amazing work...bravo! <insert clapping gif here>. Thank you for taking the time to document the entire process...this is some great work!

These cars are beautiful and sound amazing. How are they in terms of reliability? Asking for a friend.

You have a problem? This is the solution.

I believe that model even talked...“the door is ajar”. We ended up getting a brown Toyota Cressida instead.

Someone needing a ride to bring to Radwood?

When I was in Japan for the Tokyo Auto Salon in 1999, we stopped by the tuning shop Top Fuel (way out in the countryside). That shop was CLEAN. You can eat off the floors. The staff was amazing, and the owner drove us back to the train station personally.

Nice pics! I took mine at the 7's Day pre-meet last year (the 86 is mine).

Midnight Purple III is amazing in person. This one was a V-Spec model (alongside a Millennium Jade M-Spec Nür).

The Red Bull helicopter pilots are incredible. I remember watching the snowboarding video The Art of Flight and being just as impressed with the pilots as well as the snowboarders.

Make it an Airwolf ceiling fan and I’m in.
