I just left the company but I felt the same way. I have always told my coworkers to focus on the customer and their specific needs/wants. Most of the time the numbers follow. Don’t be forceful or try to sell them things that don’t fit them. If you get fired for putting the customer first, then you don’t want to work

It’s OK to have quotas, but employee-based trade quotas is rediculous. You can talk up trades all you want, but people forget or they aren’t done with their games so its not fair to quota that (which is new). And if one person is doing phenomenal at pro cards but bad at reserves and another employee is doing vice
