Why not super glue instead of sugru? My best guess is that sugru is removable and super glue is less removable.

But isn’t cast in place concrete pretty expensive and heavy (since you are effectively adding a concrete floor)?

Or buy some of the cable openings to allow you to put the cables behind the wall at the top and pull them out at the bottom

How about Pop Money? I’ve noticed more banks providing the ability to “pop” money to someone based on an email address. It works pretty well and doesn’t have any fees associated with it.
