What's wrong with using box to send and receive files from clients?

Copy used to have no upper limit, but it now limits you to 5 referrals worth of space (25 GB). Which gives you 40GB fairly easily for free and life (or at least as long as they are around). Copy is ran and managed by Barracuda Networks so they are not leaving the game anytime soon.

Does it do OCR and make the document text searchable from outside of the app?

The whole point of investing your money is to make more money. So what do you do when your investments start going down for a few months? Assuming they weren't bad investments to begin with, the answer is often to hold on to them.

I understood why stores don't leave the battery on, I just meant it is best to get your hands on one with a battery to see how it feels.

Along your recommendation to put your hands on the tool, if it is a cordless tool make sure you hold it with the battery and check how it feels. I've seen some of the big box stores put the tool out without the battery and that makes it hard to get a good feel.

I think that repetitive things do allow us to destress a little as well.

Which would be the advantage of Dropbox or Copy or Google Drive etc. Their servers are always on so as long as the file has been pushed from one device up then all of your devices will get it on the next sync.

HOAs are good and bad. They are good as long as they are ran by fair minded people and bad when someone is on a power trip.
