I thought of the opposite - they threw in the towel on competing with the 911 on performance and made tons of compromises for comfort. The engine is on top of the front axle instead of behind it. Weight distribution is shifted forward by a lot.

I don’t like yellow cars as a rule. However, the first GR Supra I saw was Nitro Yellow Metallic and it looked fantastic. A glace through the Toyota Canada website seems to indicate that they dropped the colour this year. Too bad. It’s a stunner.
