Deniability. A weapon would be considered overtly offensive, but a last minute fuel dump can be described as an unfortunate emergency evasive maneuver.

Fighter jets are not...

Should have made the state pay for the fee’s since they appear all to eager to slap bogus fines on people. Only fair they foot the legal bill.

The ticket is the gateway to spending a lot more on insurance. Over a lifetime that can add up. It wasn’t just $60, it was avoiding an extra $100-200 for the next decade and, if he does commit an infraction, not having that first ticket as a “pattern.”

They’ve got nothing to lose. Even if the case is dismissed you’re still out the time it takes to go to court. The system may not get your fine money, but the judge/cops/etc all get paid for a normal day’s work.

I’m glad he did it pro bono, because $7500 to go into court and say “you can’t break a law that doesn’t exist” seems a bit steep.

Excess violence?? You kidding me?? The guy tried to pull a gun on a bunch of police officers.

SovCit’s have a long history of trying to kill police during traffic stops.

That’s the obvious thing(s) to do, but to actually do so requires having humanity. Authoritarianism is much more fun, then you get to club everyone in the head with draconian rules and lord over them laughing maniacally, while your victims groan in pain and agony (and with children screaming), sitting on a cramped

Fort Lauderdale to Miami is about 30 miles.

Having been in both the biggest reason for the Z4 is you can see out of it.

Well, not quite;
