I mean, that’s pretty much how cruise ships work.

I was just reading through a couple of news articles on about-to-go-bust KTM a week or two ago and it seems their leadership thought that the post-pandemic boom was not a one-time surge in demand but the new normal. They went ahead and broke new ground on factories, even made partnerships to produce more bikes.
Sounds efficient.
Jeremy Clarkson once said “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing quickly.”
The best thing about those new Cup 2 N0 tires is that every CGT owner got them for free as part of the suspension recall.
I would highside off the bike and quickly go through that $100k with medical bills.
Just to add some context to the run, there’s another video you guys should watch that showed what conditions on the day were like.
Nurburgring youtuber Misha Charoudin had a video on when Ford made the attempt, and he said conditions were far from ideal. He was sitting beside the track and it was really quite damp. If this run was indeed done on that day, then that sub-7 time is incredibly impressive.
But what about dual K20As?
Yeah that clearly shows that one rotor can’t charge it fast enough to make REX mode usable.
I feel like two bodies with 24-70 and 70-200 would cover just about any scene you’d find yourself in.
The comparison is mostly against other highly developed countries. I don’t think minimum wage in Germany is significantly lower than the US for example.
Since you mentioned being a kid then it can’t have been the Subaru one with sumo wrestlers basically doing a “bikini” wash of a Forester. Maybe one of the Aussie “Not so squeezy” ads?
In Japan the RS trim for Evolutions is actually a bare, stripped-out model that you can buy cheaper, usually for motorsport use since many of the extras in the GSR will be stripped out anyway. It’s kinda like the 2006 WRX TR.
Far as I understand they were awash with sales and orders in a post-lockdown revenge buying spree, and mistakenly thought that level of demand was sustainable and so went about making big investments in growth. CFMoto wasn’t just a distributor but also a production partner.
I’m not exactly sure how to sell a bailout though. “Won’t someone think of all the Altima owners?”
