I heard the thieves were looking for Motec exhausts, but they had to settle for Panasonic VCRs instead.

The police also don’t have sonar like these guys did, and it’s unlikely they were divers either.

I’m sure they eventually will, but only after they’re sure the hybrid system meets the reliability requirements expected of a Land Cruiser.

The average age of a snowplow driver is 46, if the overwhelming majority of deaths were over 50 that might actually account for a significant portion of the declining workforce.

Reference frames my man.

1.3 million mile F350, still on the original engine (but replaced turbo several times):

Honda didn’t make the 10th gen Type R quiet by accident, they actually had to engineer that triple tip exhaust thing to get it done. Since it looks like it’s being carried over I’d guess Honda is fine with those wanting more noise finding it from a third party like HKS or Fujitsubo.

That 2wd Ural+sidecar is incredibly cool!

This seems to be a prime candidate for an electric crate motor swap. Do you guys think that something like Ford’s e-crate motor is up to the task of moving a vehicle this large?

Overlanding has always been a rich people hobby.

I respect the RTT, but I’ve always thought that whatever comfort you can find from sleeping up high in a tent that is roughly the footprint of your car you can probably get from sleeping IN the car to begin with, and it’ll be warmer and better insulated.

Having tried the PIAA and Philips LEDs in H4 and H7 form I think it’s safe for people to ditch their halogens.

Now playing

IMO it’s more about having greater energy in the system (as evidenced by the increased temperature). The oceans have always provided abundant water for precipitation, but the increased temp means there is more energy available to form storms and other extreme weather events, which makes them more likely to occur.

IMO the weak part of the WRX is the transmission. It’s either a 6MT or a CVT, neither of which will haul the car as fast as a dual clutch or even a modern torque converter automatic.

I guess that’s a perfect place to attach some super bright off-road only LEDs.

Call Elon and tell him to cancel Starship. Who needs rockets when we have

Or the broadside of a semi...

lol coming from having had an Evo and STI I find the S3 is actually just that. A less angry, less hard, and comfier Evo with toned down styling.
