It’s two bad they undo that in the second movie by making Gru get married.

I’m torn because I really love the Benoit Blanc movies but I really, really hate U2

I’m a little put off that they’ve only aged Bobby up 9 years. There’s three options: it’s 2006 (9 years after the premiere) or it’s 2019 (9 years after the end of the show) or Bobby is no longer a Millenial. And Bobby has to be a Millenial, because he lived through Y2K and the rise of the internet, so it would make no

Damn, I literally just recommended this show to some friends earlier today. I enjoyed this a lot more than Krapopolis.

This is one of the most frequently recommended animated series across the internet. I’m always looking for new cartoons to watch, especially things that are meant for adults without being “adult animation” in the vein of Rick and Morty or Family Guy and this is always the top show recommended in those threads.

After Dev Patel’s excellent Monkey Man I got curious about these kinds of films, written, directed, and starring the same guy. I had just seen the trailer for Poolman and had Fool’s Paradise on my list, so I gave it a go with some friends, all of us big fans of Sunny. Woof. We got the most mileage of playing “Spot the

The hedge knight was the only one really worth making and also the one least likely to be made since it is also unfinished and we all know how that turned out for the main series

Lost kinda perfectly encapsulates this whole thing, because after season 3 the seasons got shorter and shorter and focused more and more on the plot and less on the characters, and those later seasons suffer for it.

I’m…. Ok with this. What I want people to take inspo from is the Space Fantasy angle. I’d love to see a new take on a light hearted space fantasy with fantastical creatures and absolutely zero grim-dark vibes. There can, and should, be scares and thrills and even some action, but every take on re-creating Star Wars

People keep thinking that making their own Star Wars means leaning heavily into the “wars”. Rebel Moon does it, The Creator did it. But what I want is for the next “my own Star Wars” is to leave the wars behind and instead lean into Henson/Froud-ness of it all.

Here I was ready to type a whole comment about how Momoa could stay on as Aquaman because of his cameo in James Gunn’s Peacemaker and then you come along with this 24k gold idea.

I want to get hype for this because Fury Road is just so good, and obviously this is going to rock because it’s Miller, but what you point out, that we know where she ends up, this is always such a huge problem with prequels for me. I’m finding it hard to psych myself up for this when I know where she’s gonna end up

Didn’t watch the show, didn’t read the article, but from the headline I assume that he died on air?

Viewed through the lens of Wandavision’s fascination with TV tropes I don’t think egregious stunt casting really crosses any lines here.

Based on your first paragraph I think Glenn Howerton would be perfect for the role

It really was the beginning of the end, and killed any interest I had in the show, and I’m sure I’m not alone. The creators probably saw a steep drop off in viewers after the switch, put the show on autopilot and quietly went off to other projects.

The thing is… I *have* watched Clone Wars and I still missed this detail. So yeah, I do think that this still required some explanation in Ahsoka.

I am confused by your comment.

How long do you think dogs live for?

OANlyFans maybe.
