I like your analysis of how much the plot and character mechanics were butting heads in this otherwise very lovely episode, William. It's too bad the plot gets so much attention, because as far as characters and visuals this show is an A+. It's just the plot mechanics are very C--y.

Yeah, the show could definitely stand to have a little more exploration of Sylvie’s Argardian-ness (or lack thereof). I don’t feel like they’ve given us any handle on what her world might have been like.

Psychotic Miss Minutes was delightful. Just the glee and anticipation the animation gave her as she watches the people-squishing. That was my favorite part of the episode.
