You’ll notice that all of these seats are located on rows of concrete risers. It's basically impossible that more rows of seats were added in these areas without repouring those concrete steps. The decreased legroom has to be due to the seat design if the width has stayed the same.

My question is, why do companies agree to the PE takeover in the first place? The explanation about the new board being able to fire the CEO doesn’t account for this, since the new board wouldn’t be in place until after the takeover/investment.

I wouldn’t necessarily categorize the O&G board issues as “more” treasonous, but the actions undertaken by Perry, Guliani et. al. completely undermine the assertion that the Trump administration cared about rooting out corruption in the Ukraine.

2 years into the administration, and the Boy Wonder was just getting a crash course on immigration and realizing he didn’t know anything about it yet. Yeesh. Guess he’d been too busy sorting out peace in the Middle East, which he solved using... economic investment.

I read this as simply an impulsive decision to try and change the channel on impeachment talk by Trump. “What can I do either at the border or in the Middle East to get everyone talking about something else for weeks?”
