I also wonder if age has something to do with it. She’s 65 and I know a few people that sort of changed personality-wise as they got around to that age. And obviously, things like memory and self-control can be pretty fluid when it comes to changes in the brain.

Yeah, same here. As weird as iTunes has gotten at times, it does look nicer than 90% of the other players out there and seems to do okay when playing the actual music. For the most part, I’m actually happy with it at the moment.
