Yeah, I watched a bit of it. It was alright. Ed McMahon in particular was very complimentary of it. I think he even appeared on the show itself and Green's Internet show later on.

Yeah, that makes sense, since I know they got ahold of other parts of the world beforehand. Wikipedia says All the Things She Said was released in Oct. 2002 here in the states. Promo seemed to amp up later that winter/spring, along with their MTV appearances in the U.S.
I seem to remember them being covered by MTV and being played on the radio in early 2003.
