Nothing in his personal life that I know of. Seemed like he was one of those steady character actors, especially in the late 80's and 90's, that you see every so oftne.
Apparently they're still around touring… I saw an ad for their show in my area coming up here. That one single they had around two years ago also got a decent amount of airplay too.
Oddly enough, Drowning Pool's first singer died unexpectedly as well not long after they made it big. I think his death was due to natural causes though, on their tour bus of all places too.
I was seeing them do Bleed It Out as their final song at their recent shows online… seemed like that one would go down pretty well too.
