Nice Beta - Coupe, Zagato, or HPE?

I think you may have wandered onto the wrong site. Consumer Reports is that way man >>>>

I used to in college, but it was widely believed that if your car called for 91 octane you could run a grade lower at elevation since the potential for knock was lower. Drove my JDM B16 swapped Integra for years on midgrade at 5000-10,000 ft with no knock or ill effects. Also why the mountain states have 85, 87-89, 91

Who is buying these, I’ve seen like 3 GT variants over the past several years. I still see far more BMW wagons. Fetch is never going to happen.

Single, Childless, 32 year old here. The Pacifica is on the top of my list. I grew up with minivans and the usefulness is undeniable, further it’s about the most counter-culture vehicle a millennial can get. Because of the crossovers popularity, it’s days are numbered before it become synonymous with Starbucks soccer

Nice! Bertone X1/Swine

Also if you want a bit more go, the Volvo V60 (And Cross Country, if you’re into that whole lifted wagon thing) is hitting the used car market in the same price range.

But the Outback is CVT only (US) where the Alltrack has a DSG or 6 speed manual. Agreed on the AWD though, the weight penalty and parasitic drivetrain loss in MPG are not worth it for the one or two days a year you might want AWD. Personally, I’m still waiting (and writing vw) for a GTI Sportwagen

Here’s his twitter @rcromwell4 - time to correct him. I can’t stand this misinformation.

I think it’s a different one. This has the base wheels, is missing a dealer badge under Focus on the rear and it appears the curtain airbags aren’t deployed. Perhaps another drift mode gone wrong?

Agreed. GM did a great job of turning off a whole generation to its products. The secondhand Cavalier/Sunfire, Cobalt/G5, Grand Am, and Aveo demonstrated how much better a similarly priced Japanese brand car was. Now, every time I see a new GM product and think “that’s kind of cool” I’m extremely skeptical. That kind

Also deters texting and driving, more discounts!

Aw it’s the 3-door too, nice! Were those repairs covered under warranty?

Ha well fair enough. Yes mine is only mildly modded, with mostly Prodrive and Cobb parts.

It certainly is, maybe a total sampling of 5 close WRX/STI owning friends and 3 Evo friends. More is available on TrueDelta, where they fare well despite allowing ‘Consumer Report’ type complaints. But now that I have your attention; how do you like the VW? The GTI and Golf Sportwagen are on my short list of next cars.

WRX’s aren’t money pits. Mine has been the most reliable and affordable car I’ve owned. I’ve had mine (2004 wagon) for nine years, the maintenance I’ve done has been only routine with the exception of a rear wheel bearing replacement and 1 set of brake pads. The same can’t be said of my friends high strung Evos.

Tire size two 576/35 tires?

Now playing

“...really, do I need to spell this out. Say a bunch of punk kids go out into the woods with a bullet proof vest and strap it on a grizzly bear, then what do you got? Invincible bears...”
