Oh yes, pulled pork! But I’ve never tried it with root beer. That just sounds... weird? I bet it’s delicious, though. I cook pork shoulder in BBQ sauce and ketchup and a bit of brown sugar. Lots of onions and red pepper too. Some dry mustard and random tasty spices (cayenne, paprika, bit of cumin...).
