This is a Pininfarina designed Hyundai Matrix. I’ve thought for a long time that those prestigious Italian styling houses are kinda overrated.

My mate who didn't have bags of money said "I'm thinking of buying this E46 330ci" and I was like "That's a nice car". I didn't exactly recommend it but I didn't say "That might be an expensive car to keep running", and it very much was.

My window controls are in the centre of the dash (cost cutting, I guess. No extra buttons for the passenger), which is fine, but I don’t love how far apart they are. Generally, I either want both windows up, or both windows down. I can do them both at the same time, but it’s a bit of a stretch using thumb and pinky,

The first five in that picture are Land Cruisers

I've always had a soft spot for these, especially on an E34

If you want some interesting car casting check out Misfits (UK Channel 4).

Caption is incorrect, that’s an XJ

Scooby or Scooby-Doo is pretty common in the UK and has been for a long time. Generally among enthusiasts and generally referring to an Impreza Turbo.

I’m going next week, never been before (but have been to a bunch of other ex-communist EU countries). Plovdiv, then Velingrad, then Sofia, travelling mainly by train. Travel tips welcome.

No stepped roof:-(

The vehicle was already likely damaged beyond cost- effective repair, the call may have been made to lift it the quickest way possible either for safety reasons or to prevent further damage to the building.

What happened to Tyler? His stuff was great.

Why do we keep seeing pictures of luxury cars with one wheel in the air as if that displays some kind of off road prowess? It’s not even trying to keep it’s wheels on the ground.

My assumption was that it was an instant, muscle memory response from the driver to hit the hazard switch as things were starting to go wrong. You can see from the driving that his reactions are quick and he likely knows his truck well. I’d guess that his hand had turned the hazards on long before his brain thought

Subtle. I like it.

You bring up an interesting point. Really classifying tyres by seasion is ridiculous as seasions vary so much by geography. It would make more sense to classify them by weather condition (wet, snow) or optimum temperature range.

The funny thing is that I bet there’s someone out there that genuinely needs a really heavy duty tow vehicle with loads of passenger capacity and this would be almost perfect for that person (more likely an organisation than an individual, now that I think about it). While I’m confident that that person or people

I know two people that drive them here in the UK (both branded as Citroen Berlingo but they’re the same car). Absolutely brilliant vehicles.
