I have to ask whether he truly wanted some of this information to come out for some unknown reason or he is really that fucking stupid? Why would you bring a lawsuit when the emails exist that contradict the basis of that suit? Was he simply that high when he was in those threads and couldn’t remember?

The simplest and most obvious explanation: Musk was salty it wasn’t his toy anymore and if he couldn’t have it, no one else could. 

The emails reveal Musk was originally on board with making the startup less open-sourced and profitable, even though he is now suing OpenAI for those reasons. The key difference is that Musk is no longer in charge.

I really hate this narrative that the Marvel TV Shows have been a failure. Aside from Secret Invasion I thought all the other shows were well received for the most part.
