My Grandfather was a Native Texan. He joined the CCC in the 30's in order to help support his family, and they sent him up here to the Pacific Northwest to help build fire roads in the forests. Then he joined the Army and went to war to protect this country.

You too?

No, not really.  This is an investment bike and trailer queen.  Nobody buys these to ride them.

Yeah, the Virus is little more than a Tesi carbon-fibered up.

The GTS 1000 was a huge mistake for Yamaha back in the day, although they go for big money these days. The RADD front suspension they licensed would have been a great thing on a dedicated sport bike, but unfortunately they decided to stick in on a fairly stodgy “Sport Touring” bike. It was heavy, with only moderate

Often there are few options when using a leading link hub-steering configuration. The good news is there are few reliable reports of the damage you are fearing. It used to be rather common to see the same configuration on the rear wheel of sportbikes. Both have the advantage of keeping a small but relevant amount of

Anyone who “won’t” watch the anime are simply jackasses.

Starred for “My body is ready.”

I fail to see the advantage this has over a regular micro drone that we already have on the shelves of Toys ᴙ Us.

Actually, that’s why I bought one of Elon Musk’s flame throwers: fear of creepy rag dolls.

Yeah, Centurylink bumped me up about $15 a month a couple years ago.  That pissed me off, but it’s still cheaper and less hassle than Comcast.

They did, and I fully understand that. However they’ve really bungled a couple of key issues that had nothing to do with inheriting a shit-show.

Gods I hate Subway with a passion. I used to work for a guy who’d take us out to lunch all the time. Always at Subway.  It may just be my personal most hated fast food place, although I generally avoid fast food these days at all costs.  I’d rather Mom and Pop it if I have a choice, and that’s rare.

And at least in some places Comcast has some competition.

Well, technically (if I understand things correctly) “Taco Bell” isn’t Mexican at all.  It’s “Tex-mex.”

I don’t disagree with that, but the way our system is organized that’s where the real power of the voter is held. By the time we get to the general election the choice is almost always clear.

No, I actually don’t.  I think they’re both not quite as competent as we hoped they’d be.  We’re just over half a year into Biden’s term and things haven’t been going so well for either of them.  Perhaps things will settle down and go better soon, but I’m not counting on it.
