When I was sixteen months old I stuck my left ring finger in a fan. This was before the days of fans with grids over them. It just had a cage around it with plenty of holes big enough for my baby fingers. It ripped my left ring finger to shreds, and I still have the scar.

I’m sure Taika could be swimming in poon all he wants with girls, boys and everything in between. It’s his business. Another example of the Streisand effect. If Disney hadn’t made a big deal about it nobody would even remember this in a month or two.

You can’t go wrong with Terry Pratchett, particularly if you like Neil Gaiman. They collaborated on Good Omens but Pratchett wrote most of it. If I may be so bold, I would recommend starting with Witches Abroad. Or you could start with Guards! Guards! or even Mort. The only novels I would recommend against are The

Marvel has always been New York centric primarily because of Stan Lee and the core of their artists and writers surrounding him. If I’m not mistaken even the X-men were headquartered in upstate New York, and clearly the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and all the denizens of Hell’s Kitchen

Did I say I hate it? I saw the trailer the other day and was cautiously intrigued. Enough to give it the benefit of the doubt, which is a direct contrast to most of the Disney live-action money-grab movies.

Scorsese wrote/produced what he knew, which is lesson number one in writing. He was pretty good at it too. I think he’s overrated. Not a bad director by any means, but not the genius some people think he is.

“There’s been too much marvel...I’m not that interested.”

I don’t want to detract from Lupita Nyong’o who is a fantastic actress, but Nakia is just not as intriguing as a character as Okoye. The Dora Milaje as a group are a fantastic creation that I have loved from the minute they showed up. What could be better than a series about them and their history? Starring Danai

Christ on a crutch, I ran into that. Bitch’s dog snuck up on me from behind and stuck his nose between my butt cheeks. It was a leash-area, so I yelled at her to leash her dog. She held up this electronic bicycle handle thing and said “He is on a leash!”

Dr. McCoy : “Spock, I’ve found that evil usually triumphs - unless good is very, very careful.”

It depends on the location, but also who says $15 an hour is a living wage?

Pay your employees a decent wage, and improve their working conditions, you fucking asshole!

Cantwell is my Senator, and you can be sure I’ll be expressing my displeasure over this blatant bit of favoritism. The whole Blue Origin lander is a boondoggle to begin with, being too complicated, unsustainable, dependent on too many contractors, (the problem with SLS and Starliner) and irrelevant in light of the

That’s a not-unreasonable postulate.

You must have gone to a very strange school.

I read this today and couldn’t stop the tears from flowing. I don’t even know the man, but I miss him already. Is this a fitting tribute? Who am I to say?

Actually both terms have very specific definitions that aren’t what you think. A “myth” for instance is a traditional story to explain a phenomenon that is not understood by a culture, often including personifications of natural forces. Myths need not be religious.

Nah, there are some delightful pictures of me. Some I quite like. Just none in that yearbook.

Would it be possible to get these Photoshop geniuses to go back in time and “touch up” my own yearbook photo form 1985?  Preferably by replacing it with a large question mark?

What is a cult? It just means not enough people to make a minority.”
