Sounds like they are saying they are having a hard time finding more fuel economy. They found 3%, but the only way to get it is for the consumer to pay more at the pump. Win-win for the manufacturer since they don’t have to eat the cost.
This. I didn’t have an impact strong enough to get the crankshaft bolt off my 4Runner while trying to replace the headgaskets. Would have saved me a ton of time finding a work-around if I just had the proper impact.
