The thing is, you don't even have to wheel it. It's so lightweight, you can just pick it up and carry it around.

That's why "JEEP" stands for "Just Empty Every Pocket"
The cold isn't really a comfort problem for me, it's more of a visibility issue. Condensation and ice on both sides of the windshield makes it very hard to see and if the windshield is cold when I try to wash off the salt spray from other cars, the washer fluid freezes and I have to stick my head out the window to…
Snow wheeling is my favorite. I don't break as much in snow as I do in mud or rocks.
The vehicles I drive have the remote attached to the key and I have no spare, so I can't lock it while the engine is running. Also, they take forever for the engine to warm up.
Ice scrapers still leave too much behind. I sometimes have ice crystals or condensation on the inside of the windshield as well. Also, I like to drive with a warm windshield for when I have to clean salt off while driving. Washer fluid freezes on the windshield when it's really cold.
Some mud/off road tires are good in snow. I've got Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs on my Jeep and they are incredible in the snow. The Duratracs have that little winter snowflake symbol on the sidewall, which means they're good in snow and stuff.
They are useful in this situation so people can see there is a vehicle blocking the road.
People just like to customize their stuff. It's like putting stickers on a laptop or getting tattoos.
I took the carpet out of my Jeep and bedlined the floor. Astroturf sounds nice though. It would help scrub the mud off my shoes.
Better than idling the engine for 20 minutes in the morning and burning at least half a gallon of fuel just so you can melt the ice off your windshield to see.
But with an ICE, to pre-heat the cabin, you have to start the engine, leave the car outside, hope no one steals, go back inside, and wait 30 minutes while you burn a gallon of fuel.
I never slam on my brakes when I see a cop. If I see a cop and I'm speeding, chances are they've already got me on their radar. No need to cause an accident.
If the Toyota i-Road left a trail behind it like that, it would make traffic in Tokyo at least 3x worse.
"Spaceship in a barn":
The 12V system is also needed to close the contactors on the high voltage battery because the high voltage battery is disconnected when the car is off for safety reasons.
Where is this magical dealership that keeps vehicles with manual transmissions in stock?
The 500 Abarth competes almost directly with the Fiesta ST in every measurable way. And in almost every measurable way, it falls short. The five speed gearbox feels dated and wants for a sixth gear. The handling, ride, and steering aren't as good as the ST. The seating position is the same as when you're taking a dump…
Yes! America needs more diesel Jeeps. I think diesel Jeeps in the US would help with its tough, rugged brand image as well as being better off-road with all that low end torque. The only US diesel Jeep currently is the Grand Cherokee, which is more of a luxury vehicle than a rugged off-roader.
