I’m interested in them because of the environmental impact of beef.
Regarding health, perhaps they can come up with a low sodium version, but I can’t imagine they are much worse than a normal burger.

I was in Paris a couple weeks ago and used the scoots there. Seems they get a lot of use, and almost always seemed to be parked responsibly. I found it a great way to get around the city.

I’ve owned multiple NA Miatas for a total of about 15 years, so I’m certainly a fan.  But these days I like the instant torque and smoothness of an electric drivetrain.  I really wish Mazda would make an EV Miata.  Say 150 miles range under $30K.  I’d buy that. 

In case you didn’t know, fast charging is a thing.  I typically get all the charge I need in about 20 minutes.  I use the bathroom, play with my phone, maybe find some food in that time.
