People are apoplectic about ApplePay.

Tivo Roamio will also search across services.

Probably tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions. Which will pale in comparison to the millions he makes in income as a lobbyist. I imagine you're correct, and he or someone close to him is profiting from his position and relationship, but I think it is only the tip of the iceberg. Congress seems to be

Soooo...you're a hipster geek?

Trust me, he's looking forward to that day. Then he'll simply start taking his big fat paycheck as a lobbyist for the cable cabal to pay off the space-waster that gets elected in his place.

I'd argue that to have a competitive country in the future, we should be providing heavily subsidized internet access to all homes. I'd hate to think we missed the next big innovator just because his family couldn't afford broadband. The internet is critical to education, and it is a shame to think the long term

Great. Maybe mine is a dud. :(

The battery from the play and charge kit is pure crap, though. I only get a few hours out of it with intermittent headset use and it doesn't give me a warning. Just cuts out right when I'm rushing to jump in my titan. Then I die and curse. A lot.

And tons of Blu-Ray players, smart TVs, DVRs, video game systems, toasters. Everything I've bought in the last 8 years streams from nearly every damn service out there. Streaming as a value-add is so ubiquitous, I've never seen the utility in a streaming only device.

Well, it's a good thing Microsoft didn't make this as confusing as possible. This was launched with all the clarity and marketing expertise of Windows 8 RT.

I am surprised there isn't more outrage/information about this I just keep reading it is free, but it is really freemium, other than OneNote. Lame.

Sounds a bit like The Passage by Justin Cronin, also, so even though that wasn't what you were looking for, you might dig it.

Tron's ice cream sammich.
