Tivo Roamio will also search across services.

Great. Maybe mine is a dud. :(

The battery from the play and charge kit is pure crap, though. I only get a few hours out of it with intermittent headset use and it doesn't give me a warning. Just cuts out right when I'm rushing to jump in my titan. Then I die and curse. A lot.

Outsourced was hilarious. And now you've met the one other person who watched it.

And my experience has been that the Smartglass app, which in some ways is kind of like the Wii U pad, is a better 'accessory' than the Kinect. It was really cool for Dead Rising 3 and great for messaging.

I use it every time I play. "Xbox! On!" And that's it.

And tons of Blu-Ray players, smart TVs, DVRs, video game systems, toasters. Everything I've bought in the last 8 years streams from nearly every damn service out there. Streaming as a value-add is so ubiquitous, I've never seen the utility in a streaming only device.

Well, it's a good thing Microsoft didn't make this as confusing as possible. This was launched with all the clarity and marketing expertise of Windows 8 RT.

I am surprised there isn't more outrage/information about this I just keep reading it is free, but it is really freemium, other than OneNote. Lame.

People who don't think they've got enough ugly in their living room.

I'm surprised they didn't just rip something like that off. It's like they all got together and decided to make them as visually unappealing as possible.

Not at all?

A good looking exterior also conveys a sense of value and can have an effect on the overall perception of a product's quality. These all look like pre-internet external modems, mainframes or - worse - my

No kidding. Seriously, hire a starving designer to make it not look like an external modem from 1992.

It's also fodder for data mining so they can target their advertising better. You're the product.

I ended up ending my preorder for much the same reason, along with some unexpected bills. I thought about selling it, but instead I thought I might make someone happy when they get an email that they were upgraded to a launch unit, but in reality, I probably just gave it to someone who plans to sell it on eBay. :)

I've always thought the blend with the crowd thing was silly.

I cancelled mine, also due to car issues - rodent damage to my wiring. No worries, though, none of the launch games really grabbed me, anyway. Waiting for Second Son.

I'm considering a 3DS of some sort for my daughter, and the mono sound and always exposed screens has pretty much eliminated the 2DS from consideration, despite her being the target audience for the device. I was disappointed that the budget member of the line fell so short. They inexplicably stuck with the red/blue
