It’s actually a pretty common editing device used to mislead the viewer into thinking one thing is happening when quite another is actually happening and then showing the twist at the end. The problem with this scene is that the layout of Winterfell is not clear to the viewer, so where Theon ended up (in Ramsay’s

According to the video she was on birth control.

She has a lovely voice. She just needs to work on her enunciation.

From a NY Times companion article on how to be a good nail salon customer:

Also, the dress is too long? Hem it.

There’s a similar problem in the restaurant industry- especially in regards to delivery guys- and like you said cash tips don’t necessarily prevent the owners from taking the money. The only thing that changes anything is enforcement of labor laws which is hard when many of the exploited workers are undocumented.

You’re not supposed to rinse with the new dishwashers. You’re just supposed to scrape off any food that you can and put them in the dishwasher. A lot of people don’t realize this because in the past the dishwashers wouldn’t handle it.

And a lot of the older small buildings don’t have the plumbing to hook one up. I know people who have bought them and then had them not work because there isn’t enough water pressure due to the ancient pipes.

Yeah, I’m very open and forgiving about people posting pics in general because it’s an easy way for me to know what’s going on in my friends’ and family’s lives. I enjoy 95% of what is posted. But as you said there is always that one person who just doesn’t know how to self-censor or curate and also posts A LOT. If

Yes! It’s all about curating what you choose to share. I love a well-framed picture or something funny and/or interesting. What I don’t like is 100 snapshots of poorly taken pics. One of my friends posts like every pic of her kids- and half of them are really unflattering and boring. I wish I could tell her to be more

I think it’s because most drug addicts have underlying mental health issues and are likely self-medicating and not just treating pain. You probably also have a genetic makeup that isn’t prone to addiction.

Yeah, PMS just makes me cry at commercials. That’s a bit it. Some times I’m a little cranky because I’m uncomfortable but my S.O. has never thought I acted differently when my period is on the way.

Kim also struck me as someone who doesn’t consider abusing prescription meds as drug abuse - which is just delusional and yet a sadly common way of thinking.

I already do this - the shirts were washed on cold and had the holes before the dryer. The problem is not me needing to wash things differently. JCrew’s quality has just gone to shit.

I’ve had t-shirts get a hole in them after 2 washes. My husband bought a sweater recently that came apart at the seam after one wear. So much of their “machine washable” stuff now says you have to wash it on the delicate cycle and low heat in the dryer (things like tees and tanks which should be more durable than

And blaming his wife not putting out on why he wanted to cheat?

Many people get stuck in the fashion era that they were first an adult. Many, many men of his age wear too big suits and the wrong shoes.

I think it depends on where you live. I grew up in California and shoeless houses are not uncommon. I now live in New York and myself and most of my friends have shoeless apartments- it's so common that I expect to take my shoes off in people's homes.

People should have to include where their wedding took place. NYC, SF, Orange County, D.C. are all going to be expensive if you try to have a party for 100+ people. Also, urban dwellers generally don't have awesome backyards to have weddings in like my cousins do in Southern California. Venues are pricey!
